GUILTY
Apparently they debunked the insanity thing fairly well, as well as PTSD as he was non-combat.
I wonder, is Eddi Ray ready for the needle?
Saw the movie at the end the guy looked so much like the killer!
Glad the prosecutor in closing arguments stated that it wasn’t just about Chris Kyle, Chad Littlefield was murdered too.
Guilty
Sadly, he can’t receive justice from behind, with no forewarning, like the murder he delivered to two heroes. I’d like it better if he was told in advance that sometime in the next 3 minutes he was going to be executed; yeah, perp, you can watch that big clock on the wall while you wait.
Guilty
Anyone want to start making bets that Obama will pardon him somehow?
He may have been thinking something like this: “I am a nothing. Maybe if I kill those heroes, it will make me a big man”.
We still don’t know who killed Keith Ratliff a month earlier. Wonder if there is a connection.
RIP Chris and Chad..now they can rest in peace, justice has been served..hopefully the bastard that murdered them both gets the justice he deserves, death by firing squad would be appropriate for him I never bought into his BS defense about him being insane, he knew what he was doing and did it anyway
I got up from bed, after watching on FoxNews the decision and I KNEW that this verdict would come out and be the RIGHT VERDICT of GUILTY.
Thank-you jury and God Bless.
RIP Chris and Chad.
There was little doubt in my mind about this verdict.
But kill 2 people and get life? What he did though is ignominious in killing someone revered by the public.
Jesse James was maybe a bad guy but the public liked him and this murder reminds me a bit of the Jesse James murder.
Put him a room full of rocking chairs
Release 20 long tail cats into the room
Cue Barry Mannilow music
After a sufficient time, with the kitties, flood room with 3 feet of water.
Release 5 adolescent tiger sharks and let them spend 10 minutes with him.
Pull the sharks after no more than 10 minutes and then place him a room full of mirrors, so he can see his pain.
Spend the rest of the week misting the room with salt water at 20 minute intervals for 4 days and place him a straight jacket with a muzzle so we dont have hear his shrieking.
But thats just me.
Well, not really. After all that, light him on fire for 1 minute and drop him on a deserted island populated by hermit crabs and flocks of seagulls.
Too easy. A page torn from a script 50+ years ago.
Marcus Luttrell posted something about this on his Facebook page.
He’s currently getting about 3,000 likes every half minute.
GREAT NEWS!!! There are a couple of threads, maybe three; it would be great to combine them all. Yours, WhiskeyX, seems to have the most replies so far.
This must just have happened a couple of hours ago or so. How long did the jury deliberate? Were they sequestered?
Was the trial held in the original venue?
He probably never had a chance...not that he deserved one. Heck, I would be considered a biased juror and I live thousands of miles away...I just respect what Chris Kyle did for his country, and what he was trying to do for the former defendant.
