The Palestinian Authority and the Palestine Liberation Organization were found liable on Monday by a jury in Manhattan for their role in knowingly supporting six terrorist attacks in Israel between 2002 and 2004 in which Americans were killed and injured.
The damages are to be $655.5 million, under a special terrorism law that provides for tripling the $218.5 million awarded by the jury in Federal District Court.
The verdict ended a decade-long legal battle to hold the Palestinian organizations responsible for the terrorist acts. While the decision was a huge victory for the dozens of plaintiffs, it could also serve to strengthen Israel’s claim that the supposedly more moderate Palestinian forces were directly linked to terrorism.

The only trouble with that judgement and award ... is that both Israel and the USA contributes aid to the Palestinian Authority. SO ... in essence ... Israel and the USA will end up paying this!

As I noted on the other thread, there have been similar judgements going back a decade. The victims will collect nothing. It's a bi partisan political effort to protect the PLO from liability
We send them money, a lot of it. We are seizing our own assets!
It’s time for the Islamic countries to stop using the socalled “Palestinians” as pawns and to absorb them into their huge countries, just the way the new and poor country of Israel absorbed into its society about 950,000 Jews who were expelled from Muslim countries. They received job training and social services only until they could stand on their own two feet. Today, those immigrants are an integral part of the population and work and serve with distinguished service in all professions and in the Knesset.
Obama better pay up.
Congress should just DEDUCT this amount from all aid Obama sends to the so-called Palestinians.

They’ll never do that. Arabs consider Palestinians to be subhuman mongrel dogs, good for use only as pawns.
