The Justice Department is asking Hanen to put his ruling on hold while the federal government appeals the decision. If the stay were to be granted, Obama’s immigration action would be allowed to go forward while the lawsuit proceeds through the courts.

This is a very hot issue if they grant a stay....then that pretty much will give Obala carte Blanche to move forward and those earmarked for deportation will be here indefinitely...and more.

That's right. And by the time the Supreme Court rules on this In June, amnesty could be a fait accompli and almost impossible to reverse. Ergo the big rush......
