The liberal grubers on Politico aren’t taking this well.
Rush says that the politico is the outlet through which the Washington establishment republicans make their opinions known.
SCOTUS will rule the subsidies illegal. The RepubliCRATS in Congress will “temporarily” allow the subsidies. These will be continued to be renewed indefinitely, year after year.
Mark my words.
If the Supremes rule that the words of the law matters, then we have two choices: (1) Congress can watch Obamacare die a richly deserved death, and freedom will be partially restored, or (2) the RINOs in Congress can rescue Obamacare, and it will be time to give up on peacefully protecting our rights and freedoms.
FYI: Wisconsin chose NOT to participate in Obamacare by NOT establishing a state exchange. Obamacare is the law of the land...Wisconsin did not deliberately participate in Obamacare for its low-income people.

What does it matter? Barry will just do what the hell he wants, the AG office will refuse to look into anything, Congress will piss and moan and then do absolutely NOTHING. And we, the American people, will continue to get screwed.

I would say that there is a better chance of hell freezing over than of the Supreme court voting against obamacare. In theory, both or either could happen, but in reality, the chances of either happening are slim. Obama knew how the Supreme Court will vote is the reason he allowed to go to the Supreme Court.

If the supreme court actually upheld the law- Which is unlikely then I can tell you what would happen next.
The republicans would go along with the democrats and change the law so that the subsidies covered everyone.
Isolated individual from help, raid “by night”, undercover.
The plan is actually quite insidious:
1. Force by law (bribed lawn), forced body mortgages on every citizen.
2. Leverage, at will (double the tax/penalty, then triple, while simultaneously increasing leveraged premiums. Forced teir levels. Premiums paying for “nothing” (ie. “out of thin air.”)
3. “Innocent” contact made (”checking”-inspection), to verify information (could be birthdate, place of employment, papers verifying type of body mortgage/Exchange-registration etc., (”insurance”).
4. Wrong tier/type of coverage (body-mortgage)”discovered.”
5. Tier “bumped”, assigned to another tier/exchange/higher level PENALty. #6
6. Back assets owed.#7
7. Pay or Asset REAL-estate seizure #8
8. Assets sold to _________ (bank-insurance/ and/or govt.)or new asset pool bought by other buyer(s), foreign or otherwise.
All actions above taken to isolated the individual, to avoid being noticed.
