Just to show how stupid we were then, and still haven’t learned, the Muszzies overtook most of Europe before the first Crusade. It was over 400 years of death and beheading’s before the first Crusade. Many of the Muzzie ships we sent to the bottom were filled with Christian slaves at the oars. Mohammed invented this crap in the 600’s and I believe the first Crusade was about 1000+. The Muszzies are mad because when we went to take back the Christian lands we killed women and children.
