i spotted one 3 years ago near roscommon...my brother was with me..
of course dnr said it was not possible
We live in area 5 miles north of Council Bluffs, Iowa across the river from Omaha and a couple years ago a neighbor took a picture of one in his backyard in the middle of the day. There’s about 30 houses on small acreages.
