We don’t need to add reliable information to such discussions. That’s like disclosing the code name for Al Qaeda’s top mole in our government (it’s Papa-Oscar-Tango-Uniform-Sierra, but announcing that might helps someone with access to other information to figure out who the terrorist spy really is).
OPSEC meaning, should we Americans, be helping you a Russian, identify military equipment.
