his problem is that black kids and black families in general don’t go to national Parks and monuments in their proportional ranks.

I go to both and even in the always area pandering to black visitors, there are very few. The fact the admission is free won’t help a whit and will not increase attendance by those that don’t really give a damn be they black or white or hispanic
