If Homeland Security can’t secure the border, then what is the point?
That is so true.
DHS was designed to be the central point for all the separate agencies but once again it turned into another over-bloated Government Bureaucracy.
It was also supposed to be self-funding through airport fees and airline taxes but once again it became taxpayer supported.
