I’m sure that’s true.
Mormons I know are pretty much wildly successful at materialism. (that’s not a criticism on my part, just an observation)
Certain segments of Mennonites too. The Lancaster, PA Mennonites tend heavily towards materialism. BTW, I have a high level of familiarity with Mormons. For two years I lived with my cousin and his family on the Mormon farm that he owned. Met lots of big shots from mesa and a few from SLC. Sat up many nights talking with them around the kitchen table.
