After consenting to a search of his vehicle All downhill from there. Hopefully common-sense will prevail and this man will avoid jail-time. But, this is NJ we we are talking about so little chance of that.
Biding my time by leveraging a good-paying job, and aggressively socking away my pennies for my eventual exit from the PRNJ.
I wish this man all the best.

Born and raised in New Jersey, I left in 1988 thanks to a job offer in Houston. Employers in NJ at the time did not want to pay engineers, and at the time imposed a culture of conspicuous consumption (”image of success” “I wannabe an executive”). Texas paid more, no income tax, lower cost of living, not so much yuppie culture, nuff said.

"Hopefully common-sense will prevail and this man will avoid jail-time."
When Christian businesses are fined $150,000 for refusing to service gay weddings and when SWAT teams are called out to serve routine warrants, common sense is a thing of the past. We are entering the era of "the government as bully," and it's only going to get worse.
