Here is a list of several things that really upsets about this

1. Why is a cop looking into someones glove box without a warrant.

2. How could a people be so stupid to allow such laws exist.

3. How could a cop or cops be so anti-American that they would enforce a law so obviously unconstitutional. That means that they would enforce ANY law ... think boxcars.

This is a VERY abbreviated list as this arrest and prosecution is so wrong on so many levels

you noticed it was an OLD guy that got the screws.. because they're f'ing cowards. Let them roll through the hood and I'd bet they'd find tons of weapons... but that would be hard and they might not get to munch donuts, shoot steroids and act like f'ing Rambos.
