This wasn’t a decision on the merits, but the grant of an injunction prohibiting the administration from moving forward until the issue has been decided on the merits. The plaintiffs convinced the judge that there was a reasonable chance of success on the merits and that moving forward now would cause irreparable harm, which are required elements for the grant of an injunction. Since it was not a decision on the merits it will have no impact on the obstructionist Dims.

Thank you! The premature, immature celebration is getting sickening. We can be reality-based without succumbing to fatalism. Obama is an unconstitutional traitor, but seeing how federal courts have been covering for him, I'm not optimistic over the ultimate outcome.

Liberals have no interest in truth. They have no honor. NO ruling will weaken their resolve to destroy the country they hate.

"…..grant of an injunction……"

That can be reversed or modified at any time.

It will have no impact on them anyway. As you know the judge had to find that the plaintiffs are likely to prevail in the case. And they will with this judge. But I doubt his ruling will be upheld on appeal.
