Basically what Walker did was throw a monkey wrench in the democrat /union scheme to rob the tax payers.With the Democrats in charge your negotiators are in bed with the unions to give away tax payer money for campaign cash to win future elections.
It's time to end government unions, revise civil service rules, and end tenure for teachers and professors.
