One of my favorite foods is Peanut Butter. A Blackman is responsible for that marvelous protein source being such a boon to Mankind. To make a sweeping statement is not smart. It does make for exciting discussion, but the real problem is not that Black people cannot achieve, it is that there is a political agenda to actually suppress black people so they may be exploited for political empowerment.

Anyone who has watched the 'careers' of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson cannot miss the reality that these bastards are enhancing the exploitation of black people and promoting the continued misery.

That is why I ask the question. They should be asking the question too. They need to stop and think about the path they’re on.

A racist teacher says peanut butter and jelly sandwiches are racist.

To those Black’s who succeed, I have nothing but praise, but the time is long past where the lack of achievement in the Black Community as a whole, needs to be placed directly on their shoulders. When I see the likes of men like Dr. Ben Carson, and Col. West, I just wonder what they think and what they have to endure having to be “type cast” as “being Black.” Given this country’s demographics, I venture a guess that there are a whole lot more poor white’s than black’s, and you don’t see them resorting to crime in any significant numbers. Making black’s being poor and exploited today is simply nonsense. You can’t breed like animals, have no values, no family, refuse to take the educational opportunities afforded you and survive.

Good post. There really is a political agenda to suppress black people. Folks made dependent on the government will naturally vote for whomever promises them more government.

But there is another agenda working as well. Many well-meaning lefties take exaggerated pity on blacks, and so treat them like children. Sort of like tying the shoes for a child who is struggling with the task. Keep doing that and eventually you'll have an adult who can't tie his own shoes.

Oh, and one more thing about black achievement, a personal story. I taught for years in an inner-city school that was at the time half-white and half-black. I offered after-school tutoring in math and science. Many black kids came for the help. Few white kids did. So I do reject the claim that black kids don't care. Most do, until their situations overwhelm them.
