If you read through the WND article, it says (logically) that the next step for Obola and his goons has to be with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, which is also conservative. If they uphold (or simply refuse to get involved), the SCOTUS is the next stop and that will take a whole lot of time. Meanwhile, this judge’s ruling is controlling as I read it.

Yes, I’m not a lawyer but believe the injunction stands unless it is stayed by a higher court. I’m not sure on what legal basis the injunction would be stayed.
THIS DECISION IS A MAJOR VICTORY AGAINST THE CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE KNOW AS THE OBAMA REGIME.
And Justice Scalia covers the 5th Circuit so he has first crack at any OBot appeal to the Supreme Court. ;’)
Bottom line (and this will be illustrative to those who still believe in the rule of law) is that since there is no penalty for noncompliance, the communist homosexual in the White House not only will refuse to comply, but will do so loud and proud.
