Israel isn’t the safest of places either. ISIS has it on their long term plan, and while they couldn’t take it, they can mess up a lot of stuff.
ISIS also knows that if it messes with Israel it is shortly past tense... they are cowardly vultures.
And it ultimately remains a spiritual question. When will the Jewish people respond to spiritual promises? An overreaction by unbelieving Jews in the early centuries following Jesus Christ did not just frown on Jesus Christ; it minimized a cornucopia of messianic promise in scripture. Which has left the Jews with little impetus to do more than “worship in place” in the Diaspora. It will take these Diaspora places becoming odious to move them to consider more.
