Doesn't it break off big chunks of the ice?

No, it's like my fenders continue right down to the ground.

I just have a couple of inches of suspension travel. The ice is built up behind the tires and onto the rocker panels and under the lower quarter panels.

They need to spend the night in a heated garage.

Preferably someone else’s garage (leave slush behind).

Maybe one of those spray car washes you could knock that ice chunk off or at least whittle it down.
