Hmm...For Muslims, it is considered to be a sin to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Also, from a practical standpoint, it upsets the patriarchal order.
So our President hasn’t celebrated Valentine’s Day with his wife for two years. And playing golf on this day is yet another in-our-face declaration of his Islamic leanings.
Or is it just that theirs is a sham marriage? Both?

Why Don’t Muslims Celebrate Valentine’s Day?
How can we explain to people why Muslims don’t celebrate Valentine’s day, especially when it is a day to express ones love and affection?
1- In Islam, the festivals are clearly defined and well established, and no additions or subtractions may be accepted. They are an essential part of our worship and there is no room for personal opinion. They have been prescribed for us by Allah and His Messenger (Peace and blessings be upon him). Ibn Taymiyah may Allah have mercy on him said: “Festivals are part of the laws, clear way and religious ceremonies of which Allah Says (what means): ‘To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way’ [Noble Quran 5:48] and ‘For every nation We have ordained religious ceremonies which they must follow.’” [Noble Quran 22:67] Like the Qiblah (the direction faced in prayer), prayer and fasting.
So there is no difference between joining them in their festival and joining them in their other rituals. Agreeing with the whole festival is agreeing with disbelief. Agreeing with some of their minor issues is the same as agreeing with them in some of the branches of disbelief.
Festivals are the most distinctive things by which religions are told apart, so whoever celebrates their festivals is agreeing with the most distinctive rituals of disbelief. Undoubtedly, going along with them in their festivals may, in some cases, lead to disbelief. Dabbling in these things, at the very least, is a sin. The Prophet (Peace and blessings be upon him) referred to the fact that every nation has its own festivals when he (Peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Every nation has its own Eid and this is our Eid.” [Al-Bukhari]
Because valentine’s day goes back to Roman times, not Islamic times, this means that it is something which belongs exclusively to the Christians, not to Islam, and the Muslims have no share and no part in it. If every nation has its own festivals, as the Prophet (Peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Every nation has its Eid” [Al-Bukhari and Muslim] - then this means that every nation should be distinguished by its festivals.
If the Christians have a festival and the Jews have a festival, which belongs exclusively to them, then no Muslim should join in with them, just as he does not share their religion or their direction of prayer.

After studying his life for years I would say it was a prearranged sham marriage setup by Jarrett who introduced them. She hung out with Jesse Javkson’s daughter and was around activism plus had the title of attorney. In other words a perfect fit to portray his image as a family man once they had children. Next step was to attend a Christian church so he chose Wright’s church after learning many influential people attended there and the fact that he taught Black Liberation Theology, a form of activism against the white man blended just enough Christianity to pass the religion test. Obviously he did not attend there regularly because Wright said he was not one to attend church and that he had only contacted him at first about activism within the church from the stance of a community organizer.
In 1988 he reportedly came out of Ted Ayers house announcing that he would be president one day to a postman. In 1992 Tom Fife hears from a female KGB operative that there is a black man named Barack who is being groomed to take the WH that will bring back Communism. And then there are even more sources in the Middle East who also reportedly knew about this prior to them. I’m sorry but a rich Arab prince didn’t just pay for Obama’s Harvard education out of the goodness of his heart. He was an investment.
Yeah we were setup big time.
