Paul studied biology (and English) at Baylor, but he didn’t earn a degree. There’s no excuse for resume-inflation, even when it’s jocular. We can’t quite say this is worthy of Four Pinocchios, but the senator should be more careful in the future.

The guy is an ophthalmologist. He learned a lot of biology going through medical school. The Compost will do anything to denigrate and ridicule a Republican. Ah yes, the double standard tactic revs into gear ahead of 2016.
Paul didn’t simply say that there is Biology within a medical degree.
Al Gore flunked college and he ended up inventing the internet.
This is ridiculous.
Maybe they want him to say what everyone with a Medical Degree says? That he has a medical degree.
All the Washington Post did was go to Wikipedia and pulled Rand Paul’s bio. Investigative reporting….. another lie. Here is what Wikipedia says,

So Rand Paul was in the honors program at Baylor University. He was so intelligent that Duke University accepted him without a degree... when he was close to getting his bachelor’s degree from Baylor. Finally Rand Paul attended and graduated with an MD from Duke University.
That’s what really happened and I’m sure that’s probably the case with many doctors in our society. Actually I did hear about this before with other doctors and thought of it as nothing unusual. It made me think wow that person must be really intelligent.
And I learned a lot of math going through engineering school - enough to earn a math degree - but I was not awarded a math degree and therefore do not claim to have one.
How is that too tough for Rand to understand?
What’s a pre-med bachelor’s again? Oh yeah, a bio and chem degree.
Duke accepted him without a degree because a degree wasn’t required back then; notsimply because Paul was awesome.

He obviously studied biology as an undergrad if he went to med school. Maybe he didn’t major in it. Who cares. The compost once again nitpicking a Republican’s college days. Meanwhile....choom-gang is in the freakin White House.
If the degree was actually awarded, yeah...

Nobody is denying he “studied” biology.
