I think the guy resigned because he knew those subpoenas were being prepared and no way to escape the obvious.
From what I’ve read about his live-in girlfriend she also failed to report $180,000 from some or another source for tax purposes....it’s really not hard to see where she has benefited for her Green Programs.....makes you wonder why they took so long to get those ducks in order.
They've known about it for a good while, I suspect. They were only motivated to action after it became a very public spectacle. That's about the only thing that will make the Feds act.
