Alabama's Stand Against Gay Marriage Crumbles MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Feb 13, 2015 By KIM CHANDLER
Alabama's stand against gay marriage crumbled Friday as judges in most counties sided with federal courts rather than their own chief justice, a Republican who once called homosexuality an inherent evil.
Many counties in the Bible Belt state began issuing the licenses to same-sex couples after the latest strongly worded order from U.S. District Judge Callie Granade. She said Thursday that a judge could no longer deny marriage licenses to gays and lesbians, reiterating her ruling striking down the state's ban on same-sex marriage.

How can they ignore Judge Moore’s order?
All Alabama has to do is start impeaching those judges. There are a lot of remedies to federal overreach. Most governors lack balls.
Nobody is stopping this. Too many weak-willed losers, and sorry, but almost all of them in this case are Repubicans.
Until there is a shooting war, we are under the tyranny of the judicial class appointed by Obama.
No Repube president (even if there is another one) will roll this back, nor will ANY judge he appoints.
America is dead. Only blood and the cry of freedom will restore her.
The America of 10 Years ago is no longer the America of Today, and the America of 10 years ago was so unlike the America that was ten years earlier. This is a rush to the precipice. Change the demographics, you change the culture and you change the culture and you change the country. Hordes of H1B visas, in-assimilible Muslims, foreign students, and the list goes on. Ultimately, Americans (more specifically American liberals) destroyed America.

A Federal judge doesn't have the authority. That's his point. Marriage isn't mentioned in the Constitution, and the Federal Constitution says the Federal government has no authority over what isn't mentioned. This is the battle to fight, for as long as it takes. This, and every single Federal overreach—starting with the ones easiest to frustrate and proceeding to the more daunting.
The state should indeed go about removing those judges. The people should demand it without ceasing until they do. Etc. Persist, persist, persist. That's how these wars are won—let it start here.
Despite the hope-filled headline, I don't notice Judge Moore crumbling.

Apparently the fed sees it as a civil rights issue and decided they do have the authority.
JMHO but I think gay marriage is a done deal.
As for Judge Moore, I don’t know if he’s crumbling but there’s not much he can do about it at this point.

I see so much more resistance and tough talk regarding gay marriage than there ever was about abortion.
Real marriage will have to move to the church. Then it becomes a fight by the evil for the right to have a “church sanctioned” marriage. The church will resist until it is forced underground.
The gays will not be happy with marriage once it’s allowed them. They will keep pushing. If you notice, there are already a lot of divorces going on where they have been allowed to marry. They can’t seem to grasp the concept of faithfulness. Slaves to their libido. What a sad life.
I hope you’re not promoting the idea of ministers’ and priests’ refusing to sign marriage certificates. Dr. Edward Peters has written on this several times at his blog.

When the gay lobby and the government try to force churches to perform gay weddings, then, of course, the churches cannot comply.
Of course, the Catholic bishops have no plan to oppose this, no plan for waking people up, no plan for united resistance, no intention of suggesting that pro-gay-marriage politicians are not good Catholics, etc. Just as they done almost nothing to resist abortion, awaken the Catholic people to the evil of pro-abortion politicians, etc.

What is crumbling is the Republic.
Like the original 13 colonies, we are truly experiencing a time when the overreach by what was supposed to be a liberty-protecting government is now ignoring the wills of the people and taking away their God given rights.
Pray for a spiritual awakening.
