No; the notion that an open garage door at 1 am is a “lure” or “bait” is the strawman argument. One does not “murder” a criminal so trespassing, and Kaarma was convicted of murder.
I never claimed anyone baited anyone.
But you are wrong when you state that a trespassing criminal cannot be murdered.
