I wonder how much you can tie the hands of Marines you abandon? If attacked, Obama has to let the military unleash aerial hell and support them. Because if they are abandoned (they wont be) they would absolutely never surrender to ISIS,,,,period, no matter what orders are given.
And I don’t even believe the military would leave them to be over run no matter what the Kenya wants.
