What an egotistical crybaby! (I guess I’m repeating myself)
Few people know this about Merkel but she absolutely hates to give speeches. She’ll refrain from off-the-cuff question and answer periods or reporter interviews, unless it’s absolutely necessary. If she is forced into a speech situation....it rarely will run more than fifteen minutes.
