I realize everyone wants ISIS to be crushed and sending troops there would do the job.
The bigger question is, after you’ve crushed ISIS, what? We crushed the Taliban (temporarily), we crushed Saddam - who have we allowed to take their place?
Well, the Taliban is back stronger and more legitimate than before, and we got ISIS instead of Saddam and failed states all over the middle east. I wouldn’t call that progress or money and lives well spent.
I would like to see from some of the freepers here an actually well thought out strategy on how to defeat this monster of an ideology for good, or at least contain it to some tiny part of the world.
So, if you were running for president how would you seriously answer that question? (Hint - Dropping A-bombs in Mecca and other unholy places is not a serious answer, nor is it going to get you elected)

You’re the type of person who would have preferred hundreds of thousands of Americans died taking Japan island by island in WW II rather than nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
2nd amendment. Promote it. Stop the slaughter/rape/plunder.
First thing I’d do is to identify each and every muslim training camp in the U.S. and then attack, kill and deport
every one of the terrorists, then bulldoze their camps. Send a message to terrorists world wide let them know their next.
