The Times reported that he said, “Cities need to get guns out of [the] … hands” of persons who are “male, minority, and between the ages of 15 and 25.”Isn't it a violation of Federal law for anyone under the age of 21 to purchase a handgun right now? So 60% of Bloomie's group are lawbreakers before they fire their first shot. How about enforcing the laws we have now before writing any new ones?

“...enforcing the laws we have now...”. That’s too hard so obviously newer tougher laws need to be passed that will also do zero good and be totally ignored by the bad guys just as they are now. Stupidity knows no bounds.
