I heard this story on Fox this morning and it made me laugh. I suppose it really isn’t funny, but still...
I think it’s kinda funny too. Maybe we Americans have some powerful anit-authoritarian streak, but the visual images here are just too irresistible.

No, it’s funny. These Brazilian prisons seem to be fun places all around, wasn’t it there that the inmates trained cats to carry messages and contraband around? If you can train a cat you are really talented imho.
