The government has the Responsibility to Check everyone coming into the Nation but in no way does it have the right to stop a citizen without probable cause and proof that person is committing /committed a crime and the last time I checked Living is not a crime.

Are you aware that if a person bites you or an officer the government cannot force a blood test (think aids)? Well then there goes that Concept they have the ability or Authority to force someone to take a shot. Possibly/arguably it can place a requirement on government building/property where proof may be required before entry but even this is a stretch because of the whole public property/access thing... But remember we are so far from a Constitutional, Small Government of the People that most have trouble grasping the concepts of Freedom (and Responsibility).

By the way do you have an answer to my question? Because the answer to this question solves the problem...

“I really want to hear how those who wish to force vaccines on others believe they have the Right to do so especially when they are immune to it from the shot already?”

It would appear that a lot of the children getting measles this time around are infants who are not old enough to get the vaccine.

Does not society have an obligation to make sure that an epidemic does not infect thousands upon thousands of those who are too young to protect themselves?

Do diseases have rights?

Does an unvaccinated individual who has a communicable disease that has not yet developed into symptoms have a constitutional right to go around the country infecting everyone near them?

Should people who have been exposed to Ebola have a constitutional right to free travel, or does the government have a compelling interest in making sure they are quarantined?
