The CBC’s boycott is denied by the CBC and isn’t reliably sourced so there really hasn’t been much public comment about it in the Jewish community.

IF there is a boycott with the CBC noticeable (as opposed to Democrats in general), and IF the White House is reliably sourced as having encouraged it, then it would be seen as anti-Semitic incitement. A lot of IFs until then.

I'm not Jewish. Anyone boycotting Netanyahu's speech will look like a clown, because most politicians are slicker than that about opposing Israel. Here are some interesting documentaries about a wanna-be empire that lives by propaganda, continues to oppose Israel and call others barbarians.
