Unfortunately, that graphic doesn’t show the maximum flooding of the city. It was probably taken a couple of weeks after the storm hit when the flood water was receding. We had water inundate our first floor space across from the Superdome, and the building was 5 feet off the street.

On August 31, the water was considerably more widespread than the graphic implies. Clemson University? Please.
