Didn’t mention where he got the tattoo but it seems to be by Smith and Wesson——and it’s sometimes called a one-shot inking. Dammed effective in any case. A 38 caliber starting point is enough to change the conversation from “stick em up” to “hold still, dammit, while I reload.” Wonder if the Grand Kenyan will issue the requisite Medal of Freedom.?
