Indeed. This is one arena in which the government is hopelessly outclassed, at least in terms of their ability to suppress freedom of speech. Technology -- some of which we haven't even ENVISIONED yet -- will find a way around anything the government can cook up. I just thought of one: Suppose little tiny drones were flitting around, physically, exchanging data by plugging in to one another and our computers? I know, ridiculous, but this is an example of the myriad ways around the government stomping on the First Amendment.
This is a fight they will lose.
