You can bet the farm this was a “do you know who I am” moment.
I remember one of the big-name lefty female politicians pulling that after blowing the toll booth on the Richmond-San Rafael bridge. I can't remember which one of the darlings that it was. Good thing I'm not a cop I suppose, I'd have zero tolerance for that 'do you know who I am' crap, and my career would probably be screwed the first time I jerked one of them out of their car and bent them over the hood- LOL
