Forcing employees to wash hands may or may not be.

Setting speed limits on th ehighways may or may not be enforceable either. Should they do away with those?

Actually, they are very enforceable. We can actually monitor everyone’s speed on the highway. People just wouldn’t stand for it.

Are we going to put cameras in every bathroom?
