This king’s father had the PLO army on the ropes when they attempted to overthrow him. Jordan’s small but well trained army had the PLO in a kill sack and were on the verge of annihilating more than ten thousand of the scum. Arafat called in his UN friends and an ill conceived cease fire was put in place and allowed the scum to escape.
The history of the ME could have been rewritten but the west lacked the will, courage and wit to do the correct thing.
