I would not go that far, maybe in Liberal Land. However, once it reaches Red Neck Land and the Red Necks perceive it to be a threat to the safety of their families, it will be a horse of a different color. There will be no announcement because none will be needed. There will only be individuals taking what they consider appropriate action to protect their families. And once started, it will be hard to stop.
