If the Progressive Liberal Romney has chosen you over Ted Cruz, you know you will not be the first choice of conservatives.
Furthermore, there is a straight line of logic between a potential endorsement of Romney, and acceptance by the Chamber of Commerce and the GOP-E, which means at least general support for Amnesty.
