I don’t owe you an explanation, but that was the title when I posted it. They are free to change the title a dozen times, but when I posted the article that was it.

I think that was the original headline too because I read the article in full.
Oh, and Carter was in a recall election, he lost to RR.
Well Ok, I guess nothing surprises me from the media. You and anyone else here can do whatever you like, so who am I to say, but let’s say you did. I’d expect you or anyone else to post a reason in the comments section below the text of the article. Since Jimmy Carter’s name was never mentioned in the story, it didn’t make sense vid a vis the text.
The piece never addresses the premise in the title.
Does this article mean this is in a good way, alluding to Carter’s successful 1976 campaign against better known people?
It so strange to see Carter discussed in a positive light.
