The 1st and 14th amendment apply to all functions of government, including immigration. Unless Islam is ruled to be something other than a religion, the government can’t legally treat Muslims different than Christians. SCOTUS would throw it out in a heartbeat.

Not a chance. Courts stay away from foreign policy.

Doomsday for the USA is therefore unavoidable.
