In colloquial usage, a “PC” was always understood to be a different desktop computer than a “Macintosh”. It’s an OLD USAGE, so you may not be familiar with it.

Yes, it does run Windows - but it also runs an operating system NOT windows and very user-friendly

Uh the Mac is a PC ;-) It runs Windows very well. A lot of people have said the best (Windows) PC they've ever used was on their Mac, either via dual-boot or VM.
