Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu sent a warning to the government of Lebanon and to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from whose territories Wednesday's attack and Tuesday's rocket fire on the Golan Heights were launched.
"The government of Lebanon and the Assad regime share responsibility for the consequences of attacks originating in their territory against the state of Israel," he said.

Isaiah 17:1 The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap. ...4 And in that day it shall come to pass, that the glory of Jacob shall be made thin , and the fatness of his flesh shall wax lean . 5 And it shall be as when the harvestman gathereth the corn, and reapeth the ears with his arm; and it shall be as he that gathereth ears in the valley of Rephaim. 6 Yet gleaning grapes shall be left in it, as the shaking of an olive tree, two or three berries in the top of the uppermost bough, four or five in the outmost fruitful branches thereof, saith the LORD God of Israel. 7 At that day shall a man look to his Maker , and his eyes shall have respect to the Holy One of Israel. 8 And he shall not look to the altars, the work of his hands, neither shall respect that which his fingers have made , either the groves, or the images. 9 In that day shall his strong cities be as a forsaken bough, and an uppermost branch, which they left because of the children of Israel: and there shall be desolation. 10 Because thou hast forgotten the God of thy salvation, and hast not been mindful of the rock of thy strength, therefore shalt thou plant pleasant plants, and shalt set it with strange slips: ... 12 Woe to the multitude of many people, which make a noise like the noise of the seas; and to the rushing of nations, that make a rushing like the rushing of mighty waters! 13 The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind. 14 And behold at eveningtide trouble; and before the morning he is not. This is the portion of them that spoil us, and the lot of them that rob us.
Meanwhile Barry is warning Isreal against further attacks on Iran.
I don’t know about all that... I think the whole world, now USA included, has turned against Isreal. I hope and pray for Israel. I say, release the hounds. Let the small dog eat. Let them do what they must. And may the God of Abraham be their sword and shield.
I often wonder if anyone is warning the putzes in Washington about what scripture says about what is happening in the middle east.
They don't believe in what scripture says.
Which in this case is kind of like going into an 11.5kV switchgear rack barehanded, while under power, with no idea what you're doing.
Hmmm. I have just started reading The Bible Codes today. This makes me wonder if they’re uncovered anything about Obama and what’s going on today.
That's a really sad commentary on the people we have in Washington isn't it? No one who is a watchman and dares raise the truth.
Hi Jan,
I know that you have seen this before, but it fits here.
My take is that it all happens in September of this year.

I looked at the counter evidence on those and decided to ignore them.
The seventy sevens in Daniel 9:24 refer to years. 483 of the 490 years have already passed. The last seven years will be the tribulation period. The latter 3-1/2 years of the seven are referred to as the “great tribulation” and “the time of Jacob’s trouble”.
I may be wrong. I am not a prophet. I am just trying to fit all of the pieces in such a way that they fit prophetic scripture without contradictions.
Please bookmark the link I posted and refer to it in September.
I am sympathetic to Netanyahu, but at this point warning governments who don’t have control over their own territory is quite useless. How can the government of Lebanon do squaddush when Hezbollah is more powerful than the army? It’s ok to hold Assad accountable if the area in question still under control. If it’s under the control of ISIS, it’s a different story again.
Last week we discovered that it’s possible to win a war against Islamic terrorists — when the lowly Kurdish army valiantly fought ISIS for the city of Kobane and won.
The Kurds won because they never gave up, never stopped to negotiate peace treaties in the middle of their war, and used all of the resources at their disposal to defeat their enemy.
In other words, the Kurds did everything exactly opposite to what Israel has done in its recent wars to try to defeat ITS enemies.
With all the resources Israel has at its disposal, twice has Benjamin Netanyahu refused to put Hamas out of business as it rained rockets from Gaza on the people of Israel. Instead, when Hamas’s survival was sufficiently weakened that its survival was at stake, Netanyahu ran to negotiate a peace treaty so that Hamas could live to fight another day.
And now, when the Israel Defense Forces have the ability to put Hezbollah out of commission in a matter of days so that it can never fire on the Golan Heights again, what is Netanyahu doing except talking?
If Israel’s satellites can provide photos of Iran’s long-range missiles, they can also provide photos of Hezbollah’s military installations that Israel could easily annihilate. So why isn’t it doing so?
For the three thousand-plus years of Jewish history, the Jews’ major enemies have been their own weak leaders who refused to fight back when the Jews were under attack. And here we go again.
