From what I’ve read the new Saudi King is suffering from dementia and probably needs a list to remember what his name is.
I have no doubt that these beheadings do represent the start of settling accounts on the part of those behind the scenes who are really in control of the house of Saud.
Yeah, it is amazing he is even is allowed to be on the throne in the first place.
