He is citing the Obama Doctrine for legal authority. (Picking and choosing what laws to enforce).

An unjust law is no law at all. To equate refusing to enforce an unjust court ruling to refusing to enforce just law passed by legislation is to espouse the same kind of moral anarchy and equivocation as Obama.

According to the Founders of this nation, there is a Higher Authority.

You beat me to it. An unjust law is contrary to reason. It’s more like an act of violence than any real law.

Exactly right.

Shoot, I’ve said it a thousand times, even on live television. We can’t possibly save the country at this point unless and until we learn to tell usurping judges to go to hell.
