All you are doing is painting a picture of yourself.
As a feminist you can complain that men look down on you for trashy behavior that they may do themselves, including something as simple as keeping their cigarette in their mouth while doing things, but you can’t change how we see you for doing it.

Actually, in my work experience, the only people who ever talked trashy in a public work environment were in fact women, always lesbian or liberal women. They have a sense of entitlement about that sort of thing, an in-your-face and "What are you going to do about it?" attitude.
