This ‘mom’ defrauded the State for $30 large. Why is she not in prison?

Try not reporting income worth $30,000 in income taxes owed, and see if you don’t end up in prison.

They’re prosecuting the wrong person.

This poor sap can’t even appeal to a jury for nullification, as it is ‘Family Court’ and there are no Jury Trials.

Guilty until Proven Dead.

Putting mom in jail will cost more money than it will net the family court.

Extorting 'not' dad has a real good chance of bringing home the bacon
