Yes, but remember that Jeb’s plan and desire is to NOT run to the right; to win the nomination without pretending to be a conservative.
Something has caused him to START to change his tune. Perhaps he’s realized that his dream of being the “great moderate hope” a la John Huntsman has NO chance of winning.
He can surely raise tons of money, even crush conservatives and get the nomination, but like Romney before him, he will never be president. And if he REALLY wants the power, he needs to change his tune.
