Why is the guy who made the video that “caused Benghazi” still in jail? Why was he put in jail in the first place?
Someone please explain. I fail to see his crime.

He served a one year sentence because he broke parole rules from his former Federal conviction on check-kiting (electronic bank fraud), which forbade him from using an alias and using the internet.
He may have been an Egyptian Coptic Christian, and been a fall guy for Obola.
However, he was in trouble with the law numerous times.
