You are correct that quite a few lawsuits were dismissed for lack of standing. That’s due to the fact that the people who have standing decided not to file suit or to join any existing lawsuits as co-plaintiffs. The people with standing who could demonstrate DIRECT injury-in-fact are the candidates who also received electoral votes and who had an opportunity to be elected president/vice president: John McCain, Sarah Palin, Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.
Since you are so good at keeping track of trials, how many have there been on the issue of homosexual marriage? How many judges have discovered that the purpose of the US Constitution is to establish and protect homosexual marriage?
Now do count them all up. Don’t leave any out. The exact number is so important. At least it is to you, as I have seen you post exact numbers for eligibility cases multiple times. [Hint: the only people who know exactly how many times the courts have backed Obama are Obots. But you knew that already.]
