My comment was broader regarding how we should talk.
I actually don’t think we should used minced oaths that much, eg frickin etc...
It’s hard sometimes to know what words to use when a word like “a—hole” is a perfect description.
But I don’t like using it.
On another thread I was going to use the term douche, but thought better of it, even though in the vernacular, it would have been descriptive.
By the way, I used to use the foulest language all the time and when I was on the radio I made it a point to use the FCC violation words as much as possible.
That was when I was young and dumb and walking outside.
Perhaps this is why I am more sensitive to it than others, how damaging it is to an individual using the language and to society in general.
